When I am walking I am forever dodging parked cars. How do we get them off the pavement!!?

If i walk down the road , and there is a car parked on the path in my way , i walk across his bonnet..its in my way ..

Try going farther out on the pavement where the cars are moving.
borrow a large bucket loader and start cleaning house and the curb lines
call the police and tell them the cars licence plate # they will then tell the person/owner that they need to remove there car

Here in Central London, you get a £40 fine for even thinking of such a thing, they are a right pain in the a*se ( traffic wardens) but you soon learn to park on the road!
Parking on the pavement is illegal always unless there is a road traffic sign displayed allowing parking on the verge.very rare in this country! You can report it to the police.
