There's no easy way, just sit a test and you might actually pass first time which would be much easier than hunting around to buy one.
Well I dont know where you can get it from the post office but i know you can get it by greasing the palm of an inspector in India.

Go to Mexico they need you there they are beginning to run short of people who want to buy their driver's licence from post offices.
do it legally, why dont you want to take the test? there are far too many people driving illegally in this country as it is with no insurance to cover them or the poor people who lose their family,friends or their own lives..
