I brought my Fiat Panda 1.2 Dynamique car in August 2006 still under warranty, found out about after a month the windowscreen wipers at the front just kept sticking after a few mins especially in heavy rain - I took it to my local fiat dealer who replaced it with a new bar in early Oct now to my dismay with the heavy rain we have had again today, it packed in a couple of mins later again - once again I took it to my local Fiat Dealer who after 2 hours said they could not find a fault but had tested it in a garage and not in wet conditions I have noticed shortly before it packs in it makes a kind of sticking grinding noise on the screen like the wipers are dragging I am at a loss and am really scared in case I have an accident please help - thanks

take it to a different dealer who knows what there doing.
Probably the wiper motor, keep taking it back until you are satisfied, especially as its under warranty still.
try some other dealer,under warranty keep going untill you get it fixed,tell them fix or refund in full now
This may sound stupid but have you checked that the nut that holds the wiper arm to the spindle is tight.It might be that the spindle is turning inside the arm when there is resistance against the arm.
