there is a clip on the outside of the seat. flip the seat down. push it to the center, then pull the clip out with a pair of pliers. push the seat back to the center to remove it. then pull the bottom seats out with a 10mm socket.
why the hell do you need to take out the back seat?
A four pound lump hammer and steel chisel will remove all seats from all cars,
If you cant remove it based on the 2nd person's answer, you may need a special "C" spanner to remove the clip that holds the seat down.
Aside from the 2 easy slip under clips at the back of the seat to keep it down, there is another clip at the bottom of the seat that keeps it from moving forward. I believe that is where the special C spanner is needed to remove it.
A good detail shop would know how to get it off.
