If I were you, I'll wait til I get here in UK and learn driving then. I know how bad the traffic is in Pinas, and it didn't help knowing that I'm a nervous wreck. I got my license here in the UK although it's much tougher to get. But traffic here is way better than Manila.
Maybe you should wait until you get to the UK. A good instructor will be patient, keep speaking positively and help you build your confidence. I used to be an instructor and specialised in nervous pupils. Don't listen to anyone who is negative about your ability either.
If you continue I'm sure you will suceed.
Good luck with your driving.

Learn here in UK but nerves cause accidents, no way round it, if the confidence does not come pack up, no good having a panic attack if my lad falls off his bike in front of you.

Truthfully, if you have this much fear, maybe you should. When you have this much fear, you are a hazard to not only yourself, but those who share the road with you. There are two major kind of hazardous drivers on the roads. One being over confident, the other being to afraid, scared, fear. You might see a counciler to see where your fear is stemming from.
Sorry to say, but. If you are scared of operating a motor vehicle then maybe you should not be driving. If there is a possibility that you cannot manage a vehicle in a moment of crises or your fear is crippling your judgements then maybe you should refrain from driving. Driving a motor vehicle is Not for everyone. It is probably not healthy to put yourself through such emotional upset all the time either.
