Where is the motor for the screen washer?

it's a 1.2 16v 51 plate

The screen wash pump is attached to the reservoir, the motor is an intergral part of the pump. To find it is a pain in the butt, you need to pop the hood, take off the windscreen wiper arms, disconnect the fairing across the bottom of the windscreen and lift it off. The reservoir and pump are on the passenger side under that fairing. You could just try lifting one corner, but you will scratch the hell out of your hand doing it. Watch out for the rubber grommet that the pump sits into, the damn thing does a great vanishing act when you take the pump off!

The washer pump is IN the washer bottle. If its faulty you need to replace the whole unit (bottle and pump together).

Just another way for the manufacturers to make even more money from us!
