Should I get a new car now or wait until after Christmas
so i can pay a few debts off before getting involved in
car payments??
My present car is 14 and she has been a nice lady but
she won't last much longer than Christmas.

Makes more sense to wait a while before taking anything else on..holiday looming then Christmas, you can borrow my little Piaggio until then honey..xx
If its not going to cost much to keep the car going i would wait till after Christmas.
Can the bike not be fixed this would be my first option!!
There is only one answer to this question - FIX THE FLIPPIN BIKE
Got to go with the bike..
Keep her to after Christmas,You wouldn,t like it ,if somebody got rid of you just before the Holidays!LOL!Serious ,if she,s been good to you for 14 yrs. I say drive her to the end, thats what i always did with my cars! Then you can start the New year with a new car!Good luck, hollywood
forget the car get a new bike. i cant see what your bike is but you like cruisers. get a v max with the 100 bhp restriction lifted.

Buy 'Madge'! A home made kit car for £10!
Otherwise I would wait until after Christmas - good luck!
You might get a better deal on a car in January, this is notoriously the hardest time of year to sell a car as everyone is broke after Christmas, so it is possible to pick up cheap cars off people desperate to sell ;o)
Oh sweetie! there is a fund run by insurers so that victims of uninsured drivers can still claim - go to this link

Everybody's right about waiting either until after xmas or until and new model comes out making the last one dead cheap
all the best X
I would wait till after xmas as money is tight and any dealer will try to make a sale if he can you could drive a hard bargain
