That's a lot of mileage and it's a 7yr old car. 206s are still fairly desirable, but I'd guess around the £1000 mark.
that is a great mileage! keep her. I mean, really 145K in 7 years? That is amazing. You owe her a full makeover, shock absorbers, door hinges, whatever she needs, poor old girl.
Cash value probably 600 pounds. She would suit a student, low insurance, cheap to run.

That is a lot of miles, if it has been reliable I would keep her too.
Peugeot diesels will go on forever, I sold mine at 185k, problem is that tehre are so many 206's out there that will have done less miles than yours.
If you really want to get rid of it, then you will strugle to get a decent price, perhaps you should consider part exchanging it for a different car.
