Hopefully Hanging, no sympathy here.
2years or 18months 150 fine at min.
Your past has nothing to do with it, because all it means is that you haven't been caught. I think you'll probably get disqualified for at least 12 months.
if you have to go to court over it you'll probably have your license removed for 12 months an maybe 25 hours community service, depends on the judge though.
You should of thought of that before getting behind the wheel. You're lucky you didn't hurt anyone. Don't drink and drive.
Hopefully at least 18 month ban and £2000.00 fine with a good chance of a custodial sentence
probably 6-12 points and a fine or disqulified and fine but if you say that you are in need of being able to drive, then come up with a really good reason why you need to drive then they wont ban you
You are a naughty person and obviously old enough to know better ! It couldn't have been the first time you have been driving "under the influence" , it is the first time you got caught !
They should through the book at you ( which they will unless you can afford some cleverdick lawyer ).
I hope you don't even suck on a "brandysnap" before you get behind the wheel again in the future !
i would say 2yr ban and anything from £150 to £400 what a shame. but you where 57 n legal limit is 33
6 points ,18 -24 months ban,250 pound fine, insurance of about 800 pound when you drive again
they should make you meet families that have lost relatives due to drink drivers and let them deal with you
I would guess 6 points, at least £1000 fine and an 18 - 24 month ban.

It serves you right.
are you for real auto ban sky high insurance from now on. bad luck next time get a taxi
I dont know but I cant believe that there are so many sanctimonious people on here, everyone makes mistakes, except them apparently. Hope they are not too heavy on you.
You didn't say why you were stopped. If you had an accident then you could go to jail epically if anybody was hurt. If no accident then it depends on the magistrates.
If your working 300% of your weekly earnings £ 1000.00 fine 12 month ban. If your not working still 300% £ 200 but 2 year ban and community service. Basically its what ever will hurt you the most. The crunch will come later when you want insurance.

See you have just joined the site You will have plenty of time to answer questions. Not sure if broadband is available in Durham or the Scrubs LOL
I'm not a magistrate but I know someone who is.
If you have been driving for 18 years you should have had the sense not to drive when you had been drinking.
If it was up to me i would"nt fine you just ban you from driving for life
I dont know what they will do to your licence or what they will fine you, but what I do know is that if you stuck to one simple rule then this wouldn't have happened. Remember this rule DONT DRINK AND DRIVE!
hope they throw the book at you. what if you had hit a child?
Hopefully you will be disqualified for a minimum of 1 year you stupid idiot.
I don't care how long you've had a clean licence, you should get band for at least five years and have to re-sit your driving test after it. where completely in control of what you where doing, how would you feel if you hurt or killed some-one when you had been drinking.
You will get a minimum12 month ban and a fine. You say you have been driving for 18 years with a clean licence but that doesn't mean anything. This will also stay on your licence for 10 years. Just don't drink and drive it isn't worth it. I wonder if you have done this before but never been caught??
Mandatory 12 month ban, reduced to 9 if you partake in the drink drivers course, open to 1st time offenders in agreement with the probation service.

Your reading was almost twice the legal limit, but take comfort, I caught a man last weekend with a reading of 140.nice!

Also about £150 - £200 fine.
you know something like this is a slilly question to ask there are so many people out their who dont like drink drivers what ever age you are and to them your problem is not theirs and in somecases that you have read people hope for the worset yahoo people like to help people save money or just help not help you get over something that you have brocken the law that is why it is their
