How to take Adios for slimming?Before meal or after meal.And it seems not really working on me.?

You take them before a meal..sorry but not much use..didnt work for me. A healthy balanced diet and loads of water is the best way to loose weight.

The instructions with Adios say to diet and exercise. Save your money and just do diet and exercise. The pills will help slim your wallet, though.

stop taking them they are not agreeing with you, try trimright, they can be purchased at tanning and beauty shops

It should tell you on the packaging. I used to take them for a while couple of years ago and they did absolutely nothing for me. If I were you I'd spend the money on a juicer or a smoothie maker instead.
You take one after a meal. I used them a few months ago. I never lost any weight but upped my food intake and didnt put anymore weight back on! I recommend the herbal diet pills instead from Boots. They are more effective! But if any types of tablets give u headaches then stop taking them asap!
