Can i get car credit whilst i am bankrupt.?
Answers:
No.
I like questions with simple easy answers!
Nope - ive tried! Your bankrupt for a reason!
Nope, wouldn't have thought so as you can't have a bank account can you? No reputable company would set up credit without a bank account and using a non-reputable one could land you in far more trouble than bankruptcy if you can't make the repayments.
I wouldn't even apply for a loan if I were bankrupt, even if it would be approved. I mean how would I repay it?
Sure if you don't mind putting 20% doiwn and paying an intrest rate of 25%-30%
I sincerely hope not. Haven't you learned your lesson??
If any firm is offering you credit, it will be at an extortionate rate
Don't be daft.
Not in your own name.
It has become too easy to borrow these days. You're stuck in a dead zone and the lenders are still going home to slap-up meals and not worrying about the next penny, whereas you (whom they treated like a king for a while) are an ex-statistic on their books. You have no identity; no future (for the next few years).
Always live within your means and you will not be without the means to live.
In the UK you legally cannot apply for more than £500 credit if you are bankrupt. and even if you apply for it you will not be approved for it. You cannot even open a bank account in most cases.
So no you cant. it is Illegal for you to apply for credit over this amount.
Sorry.
Yes you can as I've been bankrupt ,it's just that little bit harder and yes I've still got bank accounts and started a new business in the same company name ; As I've learnt from my mistakes i now run two company's one in Scotland & the other England so the answer to your question is yes you can get car credit just shop around
You havent learnt yet. you have to pay for things. if you went bankrupt it was because you wouldnt pay. So no.
No, you can`t
it depend whether your business is bankrupt or you pesonall are bankruped if it is the busisess only that is bankruped then you may be able to get car credit if it is you personally then no you wont be able to.
Only if you tell them you are bankrupt, otherwise it might be seen as fraud
No you cannot. You have been given BANKRUPT status for a reason.
Why would you want one? You've already been made bankrupt because you couldn't repay your debts.. why would you want to start on that slippery slope all over again?
I like your style Good Luck
it's unlikely, except from loan sharks perhaps. The implications of bankruptcy are far-reaching - it should never be chosen as the easy way out of debts.
n and if anyone does give you credit they will be charging an extorsinate intrest rate not worth wait til its cleared
