Has anyone been charged or had a court fine because you were driving whilst on your mobile.?

I would like to know how much your fine was for and court costs thanks in advance..

not me - but being rammed up the backside the other day by some woman answering her mobile phone was not fun - especially as she drove off too (no, I only got the 1st part of her number plate!)
I now have £1800 of damage to have repaired and she got away scot free! (until I see her again..)
Just don't do it, there is a reason for the mobile phone law..
No, I haven't, but I think everyone who uses one while driving should.
why are you planning to break the law in advance..sadly you will only get £30 fine but if you are involved in an accident and were found to be at fault cos you were using your fone then you will get everything you deserve and i would like to think that they would ban you for life
