How can i keep my right foot still when using the accelerator whilst learning to drive?

Answers:
nail that mother to the floor
Practice dipping your right foot on the accelerator whilst looking at your rev counter. Aim for 1 1/2 revs. Keep doing it a few times from 0 to 1 1/2 revs. Soon, your foot will have that "muscle memory" to keep it at that level even when you're mixing it with your clutch movement. Try to relax as well whilst you're doing it. Believe that you can do it. And you will.

Good luck.
After a while you will hopefully relax a bit, and with practise be able to do it. My ankles used to shake when I first learnt to drive, but after a while I guess my muscles got used to doing something new. I'm sure yours will. Good luck.
2 shots of bourbon will calm you down, m8!
After every lesson my legs were quivering with fatigue.

I think it took me a while to learn that you rest your heel down on the floor and pivot your foot at the ankle only.

Now i have little feet..so this is actually quite difficult..so I always made sure i had a good strong pair of shoes on so that my toes would not suffer.

Thats why you see us ladies put our driving shoes on.

Car pedals are designed for bigger feet.I really do not know why.
