Looking to trade in.?
Answers:
1. Price :
www.wisebuyers.co.uk :
- The typical value that a dealer would offer you in a part exchange deal against another car is £7680.
- This value may vary depending on how much "over allowance" the dealer has added into the advertised "sticker" price of the car you're interested in.
- If you sold it privately the average selling price ( note not advertised price) would be £7970.
- Selling privately puts you in a stronger position - (i.e. a cash buyer with no p/x) - for your next car.
( You should adjust both valuations to allow for extras that were not standard specification ).
2. What to replace it with ? :
Anything Japanese! - see
www.reliabilityindex.co.uk
- top 100 cars
3. Deals :
new - www.honestjohn.co.uk - news - week's best deals
used - www.autotrader.co.uk
I hope this helps.
Need more info - a 1.6 is worth £7500, a 2.0 is worth £8500 but it depends on what you're trading against x x
suzanne i think you should be looking for around £1800 max if it is in good condition
I think you mean a hyundai coupe, about 6 grand
Agree with first answer.more info needed, like what car you were thinking of buying and further details of trade in.
If you are looking at another Hyundai then you could probably expect up to eight grand, but this is NOT a popular brand in the UK they have a very small market share. They have, though, got one popular model and your driving it!
