How can you buy a van/truck from abroad and save money any ideas or web address,s i can go to?

When I was looking for left hand drive bargains I was advised to go to London and find where the Australians about to return hang out and get a bargain. I was told they buy vans etc to tour Europe before ending their trip here and sell the vans off before going back.
Not what you wanted but an alternate idea.
