A timing belt change is only for pro's or competant DIY mechanics be careful as getting wrong can cause expensive damage
If you really want to do it get Haynes Manual
A little knowledge is dangerous, leave well alone !!
If You do it Yourself, be warned, it's labour intensive.
If the clio is 16v you will need a camshaft locking bar. there is a big D and a little D set up on the flywheel side of the camshaft remove rubber grommets to find them use the Big D to time the vehicle. another thing to watch out for is there is no key-way on the crankshaft sprocket so be careful when taken this of the crankshaft dose`t move. If it`s a 8v they are straight forward and take a couple of hours. be sure to support engine as you will have to remove O/S engine mountain. If your not sure take to a independent garage.
no but if you have not done one before be carefull
