Vw polo 1990 rear wheel bearing torque specifications?

could someone find these specs for me (haynes manual?) please as i dont want to spend out on a manual just yet. ta!

thers are no specific torque settings you just have to nip the nut up until there is no play in the backwheel e-mail me and ill be happy to explain in more detail
