How can i trace a car with the number plate ?

if you have a reasonable reson for the info & a small charge they will give u the info
Give the number to a buddy in the police department, or a buddy at the dmv. It's violating the privacy laws, but sometimes you can have a buddy look it up and break the law for you.
go through the cops if there is a problem with there driving
