SEAT Ibiza.. your opinions..?
Thanks!

I think they look cool
Its essentially as VW polo so should get good reliablity and build quality but the engines are pretty poor unless you get the sports version. Personally i would look at the japanses rivals like the toyota yaris. The engines are much better and you will get more toys for your money.
Seat ibizas are deadly ya should buy the new Leon they one better and look nicer!
I rented one while I was on Holidays. I was pretty happy with it. It isn't a sporty car but If you want a nice looking, fuel efficient, small, reliable car it is a very good option. The only possible downside is that If you live outside of Europe spare parts may be expensive but If you buy a new one it should not be a problem as Warrenty should cover everything for a while.
I considered buying one about 4 years ago, and test drove the (then current) TDi 100 SE and TDi 130 Sport.
I found that the rear suspension was too stiff on the SE, and even stiffer on the Sport, leading to the rear end not feeling totally connected to the road, and therefore the car felling a bit "nervous" and not entirely stable at speed. On one slightly bumpy stretch of straight road, the SE could manage 55 mph before feeling unsafe, and the Sport could only manage 50mph before feeling unsafe. I tried the same road in the car I then owned (a Rover 220 diesel) and it managed 65mph feeling perfectly stable before I ran out of straight road.
So, rather ironically, I ended up buying a Renault Mégane because it didn't shake its a55!
save 4-5000 & buy a used car.
if your going to buy one go for a 6 month old one. you will save what you will lose buying new.. you will lose around 1100 pounds as soon as you sign the dotted line good luck and keep it between the hedges ;)
