also there is a funny rattly noise wen its being driven my boyfriend says im imagining it but i dont think so. i dont wanna say this to a mechanic as me being clueless with cars im afraid of bein taken advantage off.

wheel balencing is cheap and most gararges will do this strait away.
as far as rattles it could be lose trim or even some lose in the car perhaps money or some think like it?
take everything out at see if noice is still there!

wheel balancing tends to be done as and when you have new tyres fitted. the wheel is spun on a machine and small weights are fitted to the rim so that it rotates evenly.
There is no reason why you couldn't have this done. Wheel balancing is relatively cheap, around a few £'s per wheel.
The other thing to consider is to have your tracking or wheel alignment checked. This will make sure the wheels are set at the correct angle to each other. This will generally cost £20-£30.
Finally, try and find a mechanic you can trust. Ask your friends / family if they can recommend a garage. Most decent mechanics won't take advantage of clueless customers. Generally their advice is free and if you're not sure get a 2nd opinion
It's a good idea to get it checked out. Of course, look in the local directories and ask for reccomendations from friends as on where to go. It's a pretty cheap service.
no get it checked asap this could have a serious effect on your cars breaking performance which in turn lead to an accident
