What's the best way to package a bicycle?

I am thinking of using Parcelforce. does anyone have experience of this?

I think parcelforce are one of the most expensive.In my opinion take a look on the net at.send express parcel delivery.You have to meet their criteria i think,but it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper.Take the wheels off and tie them to the frame,remove handlebars and seat and poke them inbetween the frame,in short make it as small as possible and as thin as possible.I have been quoted £99 for a 25 kg parcel by the post office.The same weight parcel on the net i have been quoted about £12.Unfortunately the site where i found that has now closed i think.They were called speedy parcels.
I would put in on a drive way & have a tractor run over it a few times then get a Good "Heavy Duty" shoe box & use plenty of DUCT Tape ! UPS or DHL

Get a BIG box cut one side then wrap it & use loads of bubble wrap & lots of tape because of parcelforce throwing it around and if you are using parcel force take out their insuance just incase
