How much does it cost and how long does it take to get a driving licence in London?

Answers:
first you have to apply for a provisional driving licence which costs £38 and then it costs anything from £15 upwards for lessons.

Then you have to take your theory test and then you take the practical test

you can book them all on line here

you can also take intense courses over a two week period
About 20 minutes and 200 quid if you are in the right place at the right time!
check out the dvla site.
if you have not driven in the UK before, you will probably need some lessons. if you have not driven at all, you may need a fair few lessons. I think they are about £20 an hour.
Don't forget - they've introduced the new theory test now, so you've got to sit an exam, too - as well as do the road test.
Unless you come form some dodgy country, your current licence should be OK.
one lessons about £20 in london and all depends on u how many lessons u need to learn to drive
I THINK IT COST'S ABOUT £80 NOT 100% THOUGH OH AND I AM NOT SURE IF THERE IS ANY DIFFERENCE BY WHAT CITY YOU LIVE IN I WOULD THINK SOMETHING LIKE THIS IS PREETY STANDARD,I THINK IT'S ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS I SHOULDN'T THINK ANY LONGER!
