Anybody got a Volkswagen Lupo?

or any experience of them? Are they good cars? Should I travel all the way from Taunton to Oxford to buy one tomorrow?

Answers:
I bought a 1.0 VW Lupo about 6 weeks ago. Its great to drive. I love it. You get nearly a full tank on £20.00. Its really nippy and can keep up fine on the motorway. It feels solid to drive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Boot space is really small but the back seats drop down seperately and easily for extra room. I can get all my weekly shopping in the boot though.
Cheaper tax and insurance. I had a mechanic go over mine before I bought it. It was pristine and he said VW's are a good solid car.

Easy, - ask the trade expert :

"Car by car breakdown " section of :

Also consider the Seat Arosa - (Lupo with different badge).

Hope this helps.
Good luck with your search.
Know someone who has and travelled in it many times. They just love it and yep VW have a good reputation for being reliable etc. Parts are expensive so need to be aware of this when it comes to repair bills.

Go for it.
Dobles Garage in Hemyock have a good one owner 1.4 bit expensive but save u travelling!
seem to be okay little cars, but wouldnt travel to buy one.
