When buying off Ebay?

When do have to give a Feed Back on EBAY after you have bought the article and transactions has been made, or when you have resieved the article, do you give the seller Feed Back.

Answers:
Never give feedback before you recieve and inspect what you bought. If for some reason you need to dispute the transaction you may be screwed if you already left good feedback.
AFTER you have received the article, so that if the bugger stiches you up you can get him backl!!
wait till you've received the object as you may need to solve some problems
after you Receive it..it could be broken or crap.
I always wait until I have received the item to make sure that it is OK and that they haven't over charged on postage etc. Only leave negative if absolutely necessary.
when you have received the item
Once you receive the item, if your happy with it and the service then leave feedback.
If you are buying the item wait till u have received and that your happy with it before you leave any feedback
ALWAYS give feedback after you ahve the item in your hand.
hi you should only give feedback once you have recived the item and never before. If you have any issues with the item they will sort them out for you if you have not left the feedback because they will not want negative or neutral feedback as it will not look good on there account.
Regards Jason.
When you have actually recieved the item and then you can check it over and make sure you are happy with it. Thats what you base your feedback on.
after you pay.
First, You don't "have to" give feedback at all. It is a good idea so that others will know if it's ok to deal with a seller, or buyer.

When all is satisfactory, then give feed back. If you buy, when the product arrives and all is ok, then add feedback. If you sell, I give feedback when I get the money.
You give feedback when you have recieved the article you bought from the seller.
I give feedback once item is bought and tested as I then rate the quality of the delivered item since that is what really matters.
always make sure that you get the item and that it's ok before leaving feedback!
I always give feedback once I have received the goods.
My suggestion would be to only give feedback after the entire transaction is complete. Meaning you have received what you paid for. This way you are able to base your feed back on all aspects of the transaction.

Beware giving positive feedback to soon can result in problems down the line. It is rare however, it does happen. I would read over EBay's suggestions on this topic. I attached the link.

I gibe feedback when all has gone through smoothly and you are happy with what you bought. If you are not happy its better to be courteous and give the seller the option to put things right. For example, I bought a necklace described as Vivienne Westwood, bought it, for £26, when it arrived it was just a copy. The seller gave me my money back immediately and told me to keep it. Although I did threaten a negative feedback!
Yes, be factual and be correct. If you have had a problem with them, let them know prior to leaving bad feedback. Its always nice to get good feedback!
always after you have received it.. talking from experience!
Just in case it never arrives or to warn others. But i got some thing rubbish but didn't have the heart to leave negative back!!! I choose to be careful what i buy now!
I have found that a person should leave thier feed back till you have recieved the item, if problems with the item you can contact the seller failing that you can contact customer care at e-bay and they will help you.
I would wait for the item to show up. Always pay attention to the number of sales and their score percentage. The history and the comments help. Leave them feed back always, after you get the item. Feed back will be there for 60 days.
Uh, hello.. common sense knocking. Of course you leave after you receive and inspect the item. There have been con artists sending out empty boxes and with rocks in them. If you leave feedback before then you can't change it.
