How much does a speed bump actually cost?

I seem to remember that an article I read a while ago, made out they were really expensive to install. Anyone know the exact cost?

Answers:
I recently read that the cost including labour, planning, materials, road markings etc is around £30,000 per cushion style hump.
speed bumps can now be made with recycled rubber and are relatively cheap, paved ones will depend on size and closeness to asphault source etc
Guess it depends on what kind of speed bump.sometimes its just a big mound of tarmac in which case it cant cost a lot!!
Each 'smart hump' reportedly costs between £2,500 and £4,850
It ain't the cost of material that bothers me it`s the thirty guys
sent to do it,and another ten leaning on shovels.
£2.50 plus £175,000 for paperwork, bureaucracy, and government inefficiencies.
