Always losing your car in shopping centre car parks?
Answers:
Not necessarily aimed at girls doorman.to trigger memory for the lads we could have the Pamela Anderson car park, this would be a multi-story car park obviously, cars would be parked two abreast or stacked for example. The Jordan carpark would be designed to a similar standard. The Kate Moss car park would be pretty high(sniff), the Victoria Beckham chain of car parks would be everywhere you look. The Sophie Anderton would be open 24 hours pretty to look at but tricky to negotiate and once inside you will wish you had parked somewhere else. The Edwina Curry carpark would be a Major disappointment and definately underground.
dude your getting old if you cant remember where your car is
letters and numbers work for me, why not you?
maybe the cure is see a doctor for your alzhiemers
there is also another way a friend of mine uses to find your car .. funny and efficient. she just put a ping pong ball on the end of her antenna so that from far away she can see her car !!
Just paint your car fluorescent pink you will find it !
they also number or color code larger lots, easiest is remember what store you parked outside of,or park in no parking zone and look for the flashing tow truck lights
Doorman you male? this is a female fault!! NOT male, exit the car then look at surroundings line things up with your car (easy) buildings are easy as they dont move(provided you have'nt much terrorist activity in your area?)
I would use colors to identify the diffrerent sections of the parking lot.
colour code in ways to make it easier for old and disabled and family's e.t.c.
remember wat it looks like
I know here in jolly old Bloomington Minnesota in the Mall of America we label the levels as states, each stat has a color, and each state is devided into aisles and rows. Not that that's anything special it's just amazing cuz I always park in Hawaii, I just remember that.
Haha i hope you can solve this dilemma my husband says if he could get to our car first he could lose me forever. I do think I am hopeless. I text message myself the row I am parked in at wal-mart I do like their row number system.
No.
I look at where I park and remember.
I've done this before..is very embarrassing walking up and down looking for it!! Rather than using numbers or letters on the sections which are forgetable after several hours of show shopping why not have some kind of symbols or objects instead like your parked in the triangle section? Might help dosey people like me!
Try taking a packet of balloons and a helium canister with you then when you park your car you can tie a helium filled balloon to the bumper of you car making it easy to find.
We got a "ball" (head)-from "Jack in The Box" (resturant-fast food place), - put it on top of our antenna, and it sticks up high enough that it can be seen quite a ways away! Sometimes you have to walk a little ways one way or the other from exit --door on business, (so you can see around RVs and "jacked up pickups"), - but it is visible from quite some distance!
On the normal visual identification, pick a "landmark" that is easily visible on opposite side of the place you are going to, (IE look at business, turn around and look behind you)-- then you will know which way to walk till you are in the general area of your car! For instance if there is a "watertower" opposite direction of where you are going, -- when you come out walk towards the water tower! Most likely there aren't half a dozen watertowers in vicinity (and they don't all look the same if they are)!
This works a whole lot better than putting an "X" on the bottom of the boat so you know where the fish are next time!
I'm always aimlessly wondering around the car park looking for my car i think areas with different coloured areas may help me narrow down my search
Hit the panic or alarm button on your remote so your alarm goes off. then just follow the sound
