If your engine block is not cracked reuse it take it to a machine shop and have it rebuilt between $700 to $1500 + another $1000 for the heads and oil pump and gaskets. Good luck
A Vauxhall dealer will sell a reconditioned one. A 2 year warranty on it is a good incentive.
do the sensible thing and find your self a smashed up calibra turbo and then have some fun. money shouldn't be an issue when your having that much fun
