My car is playing up bad and sediment in the fuel is suspected, the petrol is milky, cloudy?

do anyone know what could/may have been put in the fuel tank to make the petrol cloudy, milky like this?

Answers:
Could be a lot, but the first thing that I thought of would be antifreeze. Mixed with most fuels, it will turn milky.
Could be water or sediment.Sugar sometimes is used by vandals .
Only solution is to have the fuel tank drained and refilled with clean fuel.
Fuel filter is also likely to be clogged so get filter element changed.
The oil is milky because there is water is in it. Bad head gasket. Nothing in the gas will cause this.
i own a repair shop, and a small amount of sugar will cause it to look like this, maybe you have mad someone mad at you,i have cleaned a lot of them out like this before,i wouldn't run it until i got the fuel system flushed out real good on it,good luck ,you need a locking cap on it,i hope this help,s.
