Good luck with your search.
no problem with them, parts are cheep as well. just try and get a FSH
Had a fiesta now got a bmw does that answer your question?
I have an X reg KA, never had any major problems with it, apart from the two front Bush arms (Don't know what it is i'm not a mechanic!) needed replacing but apparently thats a common fault on a lot of ford's
I took my Ka round the before having a new engine at 130, 000 hard driven miles. I bought it because it is easy to park on my trips to London, low on road tax, reasonable fuel consumption and comfortable.
It has Air con and a CD player as it is a 'collection' the only thing that is wrong with it is that my son who drives it most of the time now says its not cool.
Check for rust, especially at the bottom of the doors. i once had a 98 KA and although drove really nice, the rust was a major concern!
stay away from ford honest not so much the new ones but definately the old ones try a nice peugeot 106 sport or something as there very reliable good on fuel and cheap to run and parts old fords are terrible starters in the winter dont get one and also fords are named as """RUST BUCKETS"""LOL but its up to you
Grey porridge and they usually take in water when it rains.
