Any big American V8 muscle car as most Euro or Jap cars are luxury and made to run quiet but give out the power. Australia also has a good run of V8s, the Holden Monaro V8 is a beast and can be bought in the UK badged as a Vauxhall.
Chevy big block V8s are the ones that are usually in big pick up trucks and to me sound the best!
Maybe a VW Golf.

Are you asking if I would list automobiles that have an engine of the V8 configuration and a exaust sytem wit an inadequate silencer system?

ALL V8's are thunderously loud. it's the type of exhaust that brings it back down to a manageable level. I can make a crap *** '77 mercury marquis sound like a stock car with just open headers. But who really want's to be noticed in that?
it won't be a modern car, as the damn EU wont let them be loud any more that's why they stopped making the escort Cosworth coz it was 1 decibel too loud

The Ferrari F430 has a V8 and is extremely loud on full throttle. At idle it just has a nice tone but when it accelerates it has a by pass valve allowing it to make a great noise although it could probably be considered a little artificial.
The new M3 has a V8 although no idea how it will sound when released early next year. Also the Audi RS4. TVR's are the best/ most raw but you can also consider lots of other small English manufacturers:

I have a Jeep with a nice V8 in it,although it wasnt a standard engine,it is a genuine jeep amc engine and it is 6.6 litres with twin exhausts and only one small silencer on each side.sounds awesome believe me
Like you said, the TVRs are probably amongst the best sounding cars on the road.
Stick a straight-through exhaust on, and you'd certainly annoy the neighbours!
id say a vw golf. or an audi a4 4.2 v8 with 400 odd bhp 4 wheel drive dey go like a rocket but i wouldnt like to run 1 lol
