The Car is UR property & U want it returned.
Next time, don't pay-in-full until UR keys R back in UR hand.

Talk to an agency that can visit his premises and reclaim your property of the car. Don't let the idiot imprison your car when you start proceedings against him to reclaim the money you have already paid him.
sounds like time for small claims court.or the threat of it. You are being screwed and I hope you learn a lesson from this.never pay until the job is done.

call your local newspaper and tell them your story when it gets printed in paper nobody will go to him to get there car repaired and cowboys like him will be closed down
