Hi does any one now if i need a licence and if so what sort to trade with ny burger van in a laybye?

UK ? Depends on the local Council, Cotswold Disrict require a street trading license for all burger vans, adjoining North Wilts District did not 12 months ago and probably still does not require licenses.
Work out which District, Borough, or Unitary Council area you are in and ask for the Licensing department, they will advise you.
you will need some sort of food and heigine certificate.. they should do it at you local college..you would have to sit a exam bay need more??
