Not sure what your question is, but it sounds like you are looking for advice on how to buy a second hand car. Here's a good page with lots of buying advice: http://uk.cars.yahoo.com/buy-cars/car-bu.
The short version is:
-Search for a good deal. Try www.autotrader.co.uk or http://cars.yahoo.co.uk/ they are the two biggest sites in the UK for used cars.
-Make sure you get a history check done on any used car before you buy it to make sure it isn't stolen etc. There are two services to choose from here, HPI ( http://www.hpicheck.com/newfrontend/). or The AA, which is powered by Experian (http://www.aacardatacheck.com/car-data-c.
-Finally, I'd also get the car checked for service by arranging an AA service history check (they will come out to the car and do a full diagnostic for you before buying) http://www.theaa.com/allaboutcars/inspec.
However, a simple way to cut out parts 2 and 3 is to buy from an official manufacturer approved garage. These cars always come fully history and service checked and always have a warranty as well. Though you will pay slightly more for cars from an approved dealer, it is usually worth the money.
Here's a site that has nothing but approved used cars on it: http://www.allapprovedcars.com/.
Good luck :)
