Hi is there any Peugeot mechanics out ther than can help me. Do i have to take the whole of the facia out of?

why are yuo changing the matrix? no hot air? its usually either a airlock, or its blocked with crap.
go to the chemist and buy some sodium chlorate weedkiller, its powerful stuff so be careful with it.
make a pint of two up, and add it to the water header expansion bottle and run the engine for maybe 30 minutes, (with the heater controls on) drain and refill with clean water, and anti sneeze.
the sodium chlorate eats gunk, but you mustnt let it sit in the rad too long, or itll eat its way out..
another way, less dangerous, is to remove both hoses, and connect a hosepipe, and crank up the pressure. (turn the tap on) if youve good water pressure itll clear the blockage.
i say this out of experience, you dont want to have to take the facia out unless you have to, and imagine how pisshed off youll be if you do, and realise it wasnt the matrix, but the pipes going to it. INVESTIGATE.
when you rev it up, does water circulate back into the header? if not it cold just as easily be a cream crackered water pump.see what i mean?
remove the four grub screws and the two side bolts and the fascia comes out
i wholeheartedly agree with fivetoze do what he sugests first it might be a blockage if it isnt youve lost nothing but a bit of time if it is a blockage then youve just saved a lot of money.
reverse flush first!!!
