Failed my practical driving test.?

feeling like crap!! How many goes did you have before you passed?

Answers:
I failed twice. It feels pretty poo, but after a while you accept there was a reason why you failed. Best plan is to get back on the horse, and take the test again as soon as possible!
Good luck!
Sorry..FIRST TIME!
good enough idiots on the road already
i was lucky enough to pass my driving test the first time
3 goes, then i paid him £50 so i passed
Just keep practicing. I passed the first time. Not a big deal, just keep practicing driving.
2 don't get too downhearted
how did you fail that? ha ha you must be a real thicko. you wont stand a chance with you real test..hahahahahahah
Passed on my 4th attempt. I had the same examiner 3 times in a row & on the 4th time i got someone different & passed with only 1 minor.

My best mate passed on his 8th time.

Keep at it. Its annoying when you fail (i know) but you'll get there.
Dont worry, i know very few people who passed first time. I passed on my third attempt, the key is just keep trying and try not to let nerves get in the way.Its harder but it will be easier next time, book up your next test asap! xx
Later in life it took me two. They said I didn't pull into the right lane, there were no marking on the street, it looked like a one lane street. I felt like crap too. I went back the next day and passed though. They could not catch me with the same dirty trick twice.
I passed first time, God knows how!

It may have been the tight trousers and high heels and low cut top that did it but I can't be sure. ;-)

(true)

A little tip, pretend that the examiner is a friend who is showing you the way to his / her house and get it into your mind that you have already passed. A little psychology works wonders, it works trust me
I passed first time.

This was back in 1968 and I made sure that I drove well enough to pass because I knew I could not afford many more lessons and I also had a damn good instructor who made sure I was ready for the test before she put me in for it. and she certainly had a novel way of making sure I checked my mirrors and did my maneuvers correctly..

She would hit me on the back of my hand with a ruler if I got it wrong!

I passed after ten lessons!
First time ,im so sorry, but dont let it worry you,go for it again as soon as possible.
GOOD HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA
first time and I feel goooooooooooddddd
The first time I failed because I couldn't parallel park; the second time I failed because I didn't didn't swivel my head around to back up. Finally passed it on the third try. (I never made those mistakes again!) Don't worry - you'll pass.
-MM
I failed my first attempt because I looked forward as I straightened the car up after a parallel park and likewise on the reverse around the corner.I know how you feel because I felt like cr*p and didn't drive again for ages. Don't do like I've done and leave it for ages - book it again asap! I did eventually re-start lessons and am taking my second attempt at passing in a month or so.here's good fortune to both you and me! :-)
Do not feel badly. I admire a tester who has the courage to tell a person taking the test that they are not ready to be on the road with all the traffic. Just think to yourself that the tester does not think you are ready and therefore may have saved your life.

I am sure you would rather take the test another time ( or even maybe more) and be still alive. At least you know you will be prepared for whatever happens on the road and you should not be the cause of any accidents either. Good luck to you. Practice lots so you will be more confident next time..
Aaawww, that really sucks! But all you can do is keep trying, it never fail just try, try again !!!
It was on my third attempt I passed my driving test, failed for silly reasons and I probably do dam site worse things now.

I don't know anybody that drives the way the were taught to and you will be no exception I bet, but you will pass in time and it don't matter how many times it takes as long as your a safe driver at the end of it.

Keep at it and GOOD LUCK for next time
3!!! First, my driving instructor was partially deaf and I was so on edge, I cried my eyes out after and was really gutted. Second, I thought I did quite well, the reason I failed was because I pulled out too early on a roundabout (apparently!!). Third time round I really thought I had failed again, I drove over a basket and it got stuck to the bottom of the car, I was unable to stop so it rattled for about 5 mins. Then when I could pull over the examiner had to get out and crawl around on the floor trying to get it off. But it turns out I passed.

Dont give up, keep trying, the test is hard but it's all about your luck on the day!! x
It took me 4 attempts! Don't worry you'll get there in the end. My biggest problem was nerves, in the end I went to my doctor and he gave me some beta blockers for on the day and I finally passed!
give up, women drivers are deadly.
Three for me , dont feel bad you will get there in the end
