How do i program a new rover 214 1997 keyfob (model number 3txa)?

No, you will need to go to an authorized service dept. and show proof of ownership, pay their fees and be done with it.
there is a way to do it but i never kept the paperwork as i sold my rover, its to do with turning the key in the lock and pressing the button so many times. soory cant mind. google it thats how i found out how.
