Why do most of the best cars come from Germany?

Answers:
Because they don't "cut corners" when it comes to the quality of materials /metals used. That's why German cars have the best build quality,Engines built to last and lastly don't rust unlike many Jap cars. Also they have the lowest depreciation costs compared to other manufacturers, speaks for itself.
Where'd you get that informatio?
Not any more, the Japs have overtaken them for quality, reliability, and re safety. All surveys, the krauts are always near the bottom. In fact, the Honda, nearly always in the top three, are produced in the UK.
Bcos they have some of the best engineerers
DER. vhat a load of derspunge deuchcrap. Thats what said fashionable people want you to think, my brother has a bmw it cost him £800 a month in maintanance, but its cool, not ,load of crap
Not always, seen some extremely bad fitting doors and tailgates on the Merc 4x4s and some VW's that have been nothing but trouble ! Honda have got it right and check out the new Volvo's, v.good !!
I disagree with that statement. I think the best made cars come from Japan. Germany may have the "showoff, look what I drive" appeal to some people. But day in, day out, the Japanese put out the best quality cars. In your lifetime you will see the Lexus claim the best car on the road status. Ask any mechanic about how often the BMW needs repair as oppose to Lexus, Acura, Infinity.( Toyota, Honda, Nissan.) That also applies to the non showoff status cars.. The regular models the Japanese put out like Camry, Odyssey, Sentra.
Sorry very few of the best cars come from germany today, in recent years the build quality and in particluar reliability have reduced to a level much below the japanese makes, such as mazda (even thought this is owned by Ford). today the best cars and motorcycles all have a Japanese influence. If you check such guides as Which and other motor industry sources this is easliy confirmed.
Because we won the war but they won the peace!

Simply they wont accept a compromise or a "good enough" attitude!
You've got it wrong there, Landrovers are made in the UK.
