I believe that under the totting up process it's 3 years. But you cannot get the record of it removed from your licence for 4 years.
3 years for the normal drivers license. Although some companies go back 5 years for CDL drivers.
3 years
In most states, at least five years. There is a statute of limitations at seven years though and most insurance companies can only go back seven years. It does very from state to state though.
Depends!! 3 years for the usual endorsable offences..and 10 years if it's a drink driving offence.

After 4 years, you then have to pay to get the endorsments removed!
They are legally valid for 3 years but actually remain on your licence for four years before you can have them removed by the DVLA.
It's 3 years.
Points stay on your licence for 4 yrs after that send your licence back.
its three years unless stated by a court that it is something else(in UK)
The points get removed after 4 years but do not count after 3 - if you get 12 points in any 3 year period you get a ban.

This is for normal offenses such as speeding etc . Drink driving is different.

3 - 4 years I think
3 years.
This question came up last week. Just type in 'Points on Driving Licences' in the "Search for Questions" box and you'll get loads of ready-made answers, and you could have saved yourself 5 points, oy vey!
The points count for 3 years and can be removed after 4.
The answer to your question depends on where you live. In some states in the US, Minor moving violations only stay for 3 years while major violations stay for 5. Other states allow them to stay for up to 7 years (generally the max). This is how the insurance companies determine the amount to surcharge and how long they can do it. (BTW just becouse a point may have come off your driving record, there are timeframes of which insurance companies can continue to charge you for them)

I HAD 3 POINTS ADDED 3 YEARS AGO.. WHEN RENEWAL CAME ROUND IN APRIL THIS YEAR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT AFFECT IT ANY LONGER
Normally 3 years if its just a normal speeding fine like SP30
I don't know about points, but I know that the offenses you get convicted for stay on there forever. Insurance companys only charge for the last 3 to 5 years worth though.
