Answers:
Try getting flywheel skimmed to make sure flat as when clutch material heats up and eventually breaks up,some of the metallic content of the drive plate welds to flywheel making it like a wavy washer. Also check that input shaft of gearbox is not bent from gorilla changing clutch first time round as this makes the clutch try to orbit between flywheel & cover generating heat which will cause premature failure.
try getting a quality clutch instead of a crap LDV one, try sachs.
try an advanced driving course, u must b a terrible driver to be knocking clutches out in 2 months.
sounds like you need your flywheel skimmed or replaced mate, and another new clutch to go with it!
