777 0r A340..Which is best?

A340. but I would say that, being British. Virgin have a very nice kitted out fleet.
777. I work for the company that makes the friction material for the brakes.
I prefer the A340, I've spent a lot of time travelling in both, but I think the A340 have been kitted out better
I think the 777 has had much better sales recently because of beter range and fuel efficiency.
In terms of dependability, the 777 is way better. Most airlines are aware of this, that's why they're getting more of this type than the A340.
I have worked building A340 under carriage doors , floors , and various other components as well as 777 rudders and other compnents. Both aircraft are wide bodied with good carrying capacities and long ranges along with top safety records but if I was to purchase one or the other it would be the A340.
...777 is 767 with bigger tube behind it.where as 340 is true next generation..it had underpowered engines in the beginning..(so they used to call them-engines-hairdryers). I am sure the have good power plants...there is usually no comparison.horses for courses.depends on ur ground support..
