If you get caught speeding three times, do you lose your license?

Answers:
Depends on points lost. The worst part of it is your insurance rates going up or them canceling for too many tickets. That happened to a friend of mine. If you contact through e-mail I had received something to deflect your insurance from rising. It's up to you. I hope you did not loose points with these tickets. Regardless, Best of Luck
depends on the state, amount of time between tickets, etc. check with your local bmw web site or state web site law section.

Here in ohio, if you get 2 tickets for moving violation within 1 year, you lose your license for 3 months.

Or if you rack up 24 points within 3 yrs they will take them for up to a year.
Depends on how many points and what speed you go. You can be forced to retake your test. WHy not just slow down ????
Yes, and you totally deserve to.
Depends how far apart the convictions are and also how far over the limit you were will dictate how long they will remove it for and the size of the fine. They can also imprison you if you are classed as a persistent offender.
Your insurance will also rocket, some insurers will refuse to cover you.
it all depends on the total amount of points you get in a one year period of time ,this is what they base it on as long as all three of them weren't in a year ,you might be ok on it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
Depends on how many points you get, and how many are already on the licence. Caught three times? It's time to slow down for your own good.
It depends on which state you are in. One thing to keep in mind is that in most states you can only take traffic school to knock off a point every 18 months. I use to work as an underwriter for AAA, and most insurance companies will count all the points regardless if you took the class if you have more than 1. Because they can still see them - they just choose not to count it if you have 1. Furthermore, 3 speeding tickets in a row will also flag you with the courts, you will have to appear - because you are obviously reckless and endangering the public with your poor driving habits. Thats when a judge can decide if you lose your license.

Something to also keep in mind is that depending on your speed, your moving violation can have more than 1 point. Speeding over 75 in some states adds reckless driving and you can get up to 6 points. You cant take traffic school for that - and you can be arrested.

Its probably best you get yourself a nice bus pass and stay off the road.
