I'm trying to decipher your question. I think you're asking if you can install the larger brakes for a V6 Corsica on you 4 cylinder Cosica. Or are you asking if you can put a V6 in your 4cylinder.
The answer to the first question is no it isn't difficult, but the reason the 4 cylinder has smaller brakes is because it came with smaller wheels. You'll have to have larger wheels for clearance of the larger front brakes. You may have gotten rid of the punny 14s arleady (since your car is at least a decade old). You're probably best off getting a scrap donor car with the pieces you want (if you've got somewhere to put it while you're scavenging). You should be able to pick up a scrap Corsica with the parts you need for a couple hundred dollars. Make sure you get the other spare parts you're likely to need before you send it back to the bone yard to be crunched. You might even get your money back when you do, and you'll have lots of free parts. You'll want to take the master cylinder, the front knuckles, calipers and maybe the rotors if they're in good shape. Probably best to put new rotors and pads on (rotors are about $25/per, and pads will cost you $30 to 50). After that, its labor.
As far as the engine, well.. .now that's a project. You'll most likely end up with a car that is not worth nearly the time and effort you put into it. To do it right, is not easy. However it is a good learning experience and if you're successful, it'll be a good feeling. Perhaps you should find something that inspires more pride of ownership than a Corsica to put a lot of effort into.
