If i buy a new car via europe, rather than a uk dealer, will it effect the price when I sell it?

Answers:
not really but insurance may be a little more
Make sure that the warranty is valid. Because if you want to sell it whilst it is still in the warranty period it will affect resale because people would want the valid warranty.

Other than that I can see no other reason why it would affect resale
I've been trading cars for almost ten years and it doesn't make much difference. If it is an executive car and you plan to keep it for less than three years, the market value could be a few thousand less because main dealers are not allowed to sell imports. There is hardly any difference in trade value for your average car.
It can. A buyer would want to know the vehicles history and you'd be obliged to tell them it's origins.
