I'm trying to get hold of a owners handbook for an 'R' reg Mazda <MX5 Mk 1 any ideasplease?

if you mean a haynes manual then nope none whatsoever i've got an x reg one & trying to get 1 for that is..(incidentally if some one knows where to get1 then pls tell me on my 360 ta)
go to the main dealers and they will order one for you usually about 20 quid
