Do i hav 2 do a theory test b4 i get my provisional?
Answers:
I used to work at the theory test centre and my mum still works there, so I can tell you for sure that the answer is no, you get your provisional licence, then you are meant to get some driving experience, then you do your theory and then your practical test.
no you do it after you have got it
yes its true.its quite easy though.you can buy a disc,so u can practise at home.
In the UK - you cannot take the theory test until you've got your provisional licence.
No, you can take the theory test any time after you get your provisional, best taken when you have been on the road a bit, you then understand the signs etc better and they stay in your mind.
Don't think so, you have to pass a theory test before you get a full licence but not a provisional. The provisional licence is just a document that entitles you learn to drive whilst accompanied by a full licence holder. Not sure why you'd need to take a test to entitle you to learn how to drive?
No ! This how it work`s .
Apply for your provisional / When it arrive`s .
Book some driving lesson`s .
Instructor will tell you when you are ready to take your theory test.
Then and "only " Then book your theory .
Few more lesson`s .
Driving Test .
PASS ( Hopefully )
GOOD LUCK ,
This is rubbish, I have my own provisional licence and I have done the theory test twice, you only need to get a theory test underneath you're belt before you can take a practical driving test.
Remember your theory test only lasts for a few years once you have the certificate, so don't dso what I did and let it expire, then you have to go through the whole process again.
In summary, it goes Provisional Licence, Then Theory Test, Then Practical, Then Full Licence.
yes you do, but there's nothing to it, its multipul choice questions and a child would prob get 99% right
Get your provisional and start revising for your theory test as soon as you start lessons, go in for your theory when your instructor says you are ready to. There are CD roms and books everywhere with all the questions, just sit down and study and do the mock tests on the cd rom.
You have to pass your practical driving test within 2 years of passing your theory test - if that time runs out you have to take your theory again.which I may have to do if I don't pass on my next attempt. :(
no because you can get your provisional at 16 but cant do your theory until you are 17. you have to do your theory before your practical though, maybe the person you heard from is getting confused?
you have to apply for your provisional first. once you havr that then you can do yor theory
