The longest distance between two stations is from Farringdon to Kings Cross on the Circle/Metropolitan/H&C/Thames. lines however this is cut-and-cover tunnelling and not tube. The longest tunnel between open spaces is Morden to East Finchley on the Northern Line via the City Branch. This was the longest vehicular tunnel in the world for around 80 years. This information may be different now.
The longest continuous tube tunnel is on the Northern Line between East Finchley and Morden via Bank. The tunnel is 27.8Km in length.

There are longer railway tunnels, but NOT of tube construction
