Rover 25 (03 plate) mechanical service intervals?

I'm making a list of all the service intervals for everything on my car.. so far I've got routine service - 10,000m, oil change 10,000m, cambelt 60,000m, and brake fluid change every 2 years.
Is there anything else I should know about such as fan belt, brake pads, power steering etc? I know I sound like a nerd but I just want to make sure my car is well maintained as I plan on having it a long while.
Thanks!

You don't sound like a nerd for understanding that cars need to be looked after. It sounds like you have the major points covered, but what you really need is a mechanic you can trust.

Try your small local garage and explain to them what you want (in terms of looking after your car to keep it for a long time) and trust them to look after it, you cannot beat good professional care.

The idea of regular servicing is to keep a regular check on everything on your car and this is the job of your servicing mechanic, they should be able to tell you what is needed and when, as well as what is likely to be needed in the future.

You might also want to consider an interim service of an oil and oil filter change and general check-over in between the 10,000m services, just to keep a regular eye on your car, it need not cost much but will pay dividends in the long term.

Good luck.
