What is the average amount of time it should take a 20 year old to pass their driving test??

Answers:
The average number of lessons officially is 45 with a qualified instructor and approx 20 hours of extra practice in your own car if you can..this is according to the Driving Standards Agency who do the tests. It all depends on your own ability..being an instructor my average is approx 33 hours. It depends also on how regular you have your lessons and are you having 1 hour per week, 2 hours per week or more. in general younger people find learning to drive easier..as you get older it becomes more difficult.
depends if ur good at driving age doesnt matter if u pass the test u pass the test! good luck
I read somewhere ages ago its something like 1and a half lessons for every year of your life. Your 20 so it should be 30 lessons. Although this is not set in stone or anything.
Four years ago.
The same time as it takes everybody, about half an hour ( 30 minutes ) is the usual time.
My sisters all live in Birmingham and they averaged about 40 hours of driving!!
I live by the coast i did about 30 hours!
Hope this helps!!
Good Luck
I passed my test with 6 lessons under my belt. If You don't pass after 3 attempts, You just aint cut out for it.
