I need info on range rover steering collumn problems?

Whats wrong with it?It has 2 universal joint couplings they wear especialy the bottom one.Need more info.
whats the problem? If it is the collumn it is usally the universal joints that seize or worn but witout more info it is just a shot in the dark.
