If the nut splitter doesn't work you;ll have to grind them off with a small hand grinder :)
use a "nut splitter". It uses a blade and collar to cut a slot in the nut.
if you are with the rac or aa, and have home recovery membership, ring them. if you aint a member, i would say join now, in case of problems again in the future

Use a 16 inch socket bit and a hammer, knock the socket over the bolt until tightly fitted then you should just be able to use the wrench to loosen it.
tire shops deal with this every day . I have used pipe wrench. my friend welded a new lug nut om striped one..good luck
if they are really stuck try useing a fine flame gas blowlamp WARNING be carefull if you are near the fuel tank! and gently heat the nut (do not make it glow or change color) this has the habit of making the metal expand
slightly and hopefully breaking the rust seal
alow it to cool slightly and try again to release the nut
i had a double nut totally rusted and tried large bar etc and it wouldnot shift 2 mins of flame and it undid fine with a little spray of wd 40 to keep it turning WARNING DONTspray any release agent on hot surfaces or flame as many are combustible
machine mart do a set of special sockets that will even bite on rounded nuts for about £20 if they will help try them they are on the web
